Gift purchased by our son for his Mum's birthday. Have a brilliant time in Devon revisiting a number of places we saw some 25 years ago. Will definitely be going back. Bed and Breakfast at Monkton brilliant. Good clean room, owner very helpful and friendly and served breakfast in our room. Fantastic.

The hotel was very comfortable with welcoming and friendly staff. It was in a stunning location.

Lovely venue at Stan hill court although an extra supplement was needed above the price of the voucher. Good venue, good food and a free upgrade for a wedding anniversary although no reference to the anniversary and no other freebies which we usually get from Other hotels! Menu wasn’t huge but the food was excellent and really well presented. Lovely location although you have to pay £10 for parking above the cost of the voucher and the extra charge!

Very peaceful and relaxing. The pods are clean,warm and cosy. The bed is comfy and large. You can park next to the pod. The shower and toilet blocks are modern, clean and heated. There is a washing up block and also a laundrette. There is a fridge, freezer and microwave in there as well. All clean and modern. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The site is safe as there are barriers at the entrance and no one can access the site between 11:30pm - 7:30 am.

Lovely hotel and was well situated for all the events and activities we required in central Newcastle

From the friendly welcome to our departure we had a super time here. The wigwam pod was spotlessly clean, cozy and comfortable, surrounded by nature with a couple of friendly Robins visiting. The pod was equipped with a good size fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and electric kettle and plugs for phone charging etc. counter top and shelving for meal preparation. Outside deck area, picnic bench with disposable bbq pad. Quiet, intimate, back to nature site with all modern amenities, shower/toilet blocks, dish washing and clothes washing facilities (machines and tumble driers) children's play area and woodland walks. Close to walking trails and places of interest. Haven of peace away from a busy world, we thoroughly recommend a visit.

Lovely hotel with lots of history attached to it, it was the home of Stuart Sutcliffe (the '5th Beatle'). Lots of interesting memorabilia around the hotel, a must for any Beatles fan! Nice room, spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast, loads of food, all perfectly cooked. Really friendly staff. Right opposite Sefton Park, which is a beautiful place to wander around, (to walk off the breakfast!). We drove into the centre of Liverpool during the day, cost of parking varied between £10-£13, and used Uber's on the evening, £11-£12. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool.
