This was brought for us by our son, we chose to go to Bristol and had a great few days wandering around the city. The hotel couldn’t fault, we even got a free upgrade. Thank you.

Honestly, this was fantastic. All of our small group loved every minute. The meal was nice but the spectacle was just brilliant. Great actors and too many laughs.

We really enjoyed this play..the mousetrap keeps you in suspense the whole way through..very good as murder mystery Unfortunately we were not allowed to take photos during the performance

The Imperial Hotel is a beautiful peaceful charming place to stay. We have never had such vast selection of scrumptious breakfast choices. The swimming pool jacuzzi steam room sparkling clean. Our room was judy perfect.

We had booked a couple of months in advance but from the minute we arrived we knew it was going to be a fantastic day! We used the relaxation rooms (divine!), the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All were spotless and clean. The staff were friendly yet professional and the dressing gown super fluffy. The highlights were the facial which was just the most relaxing one I have ever had and the dinner. Dinner itself was so yummy. No small portions here, we left feeling full and content. I had the chicken and caramel apple slice - both highly recommended. A great spa day overall!!

The spa facilities were clean and spacious, could do with more beds/chairs around pool area , we and others were unable to get one . Our booked treatments were great, not rushed and left you feeling so relaxed and refreshed.
