Great day out
The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

Surprise Birthday afternoon tea
A lovely afternoon tea at the Taj Hotel in a beautiful surroundings. I booked this as a surprise treat for my husband, and the attentive staff made the experience even more special. The vegetarian options were excellent, the food was generous, delicious and beautifully presented. We also appreciated being able to take the remaining food home.

Fabulous. Staff AMAZING
My daughter did a skydive with you today to celebrate her 18th birthday. I can't thank you so enough, from the minute we arrived it was a great atmosphere. Every member of staff were so friendly and welcoming. Joe the instructor she has was brilliant. The photos and videos taken are out of this world, so impressive and something to treasure!!
