• This experience is available week-round
• Minimum age is 7
• Minimum height is 1m
• Due to the nature of this adventure, participants and spectators require the ability to walk. Babe in arms are not permitted
• One spectating adult that is 18 years and above is required for every seven children under 13 years
• One spectating adult that is 18 years and above is required for every seven children aged between 13-17 years
• Maximum weight is 120kg
• Whilst this activity is suitable for most people it does require a degree of physical and mental fitness
• Medical conditions such as heart problems, claustrophobia or epilepsy may increase your chance of having an accident - please check with the supplier prior to booking to see if you are suitable for this experience
• Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with special needs
• All dates are subject to availability
• This experience is not available in July, August, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays
• You are advised to wear sensible, warm clothing - the activity is based in an underground cavern where the temperature is approximately 8 degrees Celsius
• Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery and scarves must be removed
• Skirts are not recommended
• No open toe shoes, flip flops, sandals or walking boots will be permitted - trainers are the ideal footwear choice for this experience
