Brilliant venue for Kids
we were given a voucher for Christmas and I topped it up and bought this experience at BrewDog Waterloo for four people. It is definitely a money saver so well worth doing
i went with my husband and three kids.
The food exceeded our expectations, it was delicious
The venue is a lot of fun. There is a slide and bowling so I can highly recommend it for a family

Fault them
The only nighle was that the booking experience was not as easy as I would like.
Bought the voucher online, it was sent to my email. I clicked on it and was then brought to the brew dog website but there was no way to book the actual experience on their website so I had to ring up.
When we got there there was a little bit of confusion with the waiting staff as they were unfamiliar with the voucher in addition the voucher only said that we had for four burgers and no mention of two beers and two soft drinks so I had to go back to the website and dig this information out and show it to the waiter
I feel like the whole experience could be a lot smoother but overall a fantastic experience and we definitely go again
