Set along the stunning Eastbourne seafront, this Victorian haven offers all the elegance and class you’d expect from a 5-star hotel, and you’ll be delighted as you relax in the stunning Great Hall. A fantastic traditional treat, your afternoon tea will include a selection of sandwiches and a variety of pastries along with a choice of teas and coffees. Home-baked scones with jam and cream are included, as well as a delicious mini tomato and Sussex charmer quiche and a tasty coronation chicken finger roll. All this is topped off with a glass of Canard-Duchêne Cuvée Leonie Champagne each.
