If you’re a lover of luscious, rich chocolate, this workshop is sure to curb your craving! Join a chocolate-making workshop in either Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham, led by chocolatier, Louise Attenborough and her expert team. This chocolate workshop is a delicious way to get creative and learn something new. The workshop begins with a history of chocolate and a lesson in the production process, all the way from bean to the oh-so-good bar. You will then be shown how to make delicious Belgian truffles by hand from raw chocolate ingredients. Under expert guidance, you will learn how to mix, pipe, cut, shape, coat and finally package your very own chocolate truffles to take home.

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available on Saturdays at 1:30pm and 10:30am, year round
• Disposable aprons and gloves are provided
• The chocolate is vegetarian, gluten free, kosher dairy and halal
• Minimum age is 8 with adult supervision and 13 without supervision
