Great morning!
We had a wornderful morning, the instructor was excellent! The only down side was I was expecting two hours and we were finished in one and a half. But still a great morning decorating great cupcakes!

The lady was lovely but very stressed. I think she could have done with two leaders. Disappointed that no refreshments were included. Some top tips about the making of icing but skills very basic

Bad description, no training what so ever
I took part in the cupcake classic a Saturday in August. It was bought for me as a present as I wished to learn more about piping techniques and sugar paste moulding. However the class lasted an hour instead of w which was booked. We were shown 4 basic techniques no sugar past moulding. No health and safety (hand washing when touching food) if you didn't understand techniques wasn't given any other instruction other than sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Not worth £60 at all!!
