What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Valid for one child aged 5–15
• All children must be accompanied by a paying adult
• This experience is available Tuesday to Sunday, year round, excluding Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
• Closed on Mondays except during school holidays; not available on or the day before event days
• The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes with museum time at your leisure; allow up to 2 hours in total
• The venue is fully wheelchair accessible
• Free parking is available for tour and museum visitors
• There are no cloakroom or left luggage facilities; bags may be subject to security checks
