What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• This experience is subject to seasonal opening hours
• Your park entry tickets and animal adoption pack will be sent to you via email
• Minimum age: 16 +. Under 3s enter for free and do not need an entry ticket
• The voucher redemption form must be completed at least two working days before your requested experience date. Your booking is not valid until you have pre-booked your visit via the booking link and received a confirmation email which you need to take with you and show on arrival to the park
• Please note, the brown bear, cheetah, European bison and giraffe live at The Aspinall Foundation's other park, Port Lympne Reserve
