So elegant!
Had an amazing visit. The pavillion was fantastic. The only thing was we didn't realise that you had to book your ticket for a certain date and ww wanted the next day and it said it could take 3 days for confirmation of booking. Luckily someone from buy a gift and we managed to get our yticket just in time!

A brilliant opportunity
The actual visit was amazing but unfortunately I had great difficulty downloading a voucher so had to email the organisation and was forwarded to the hospitality line. I did receive one for this part of the package but could not get one at all for the Harry Ramsden's fish and chip afternoon tea but they accepted the paperwork I had and rang the hospitality line to obtain the reference number they required. A little worrying but it all turned out well in the end.
