What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• You will receive two vouchers, both vouchers are valid for two people
• Lift 109 is available Monday–Friday, year round excluding school holidays
• Entrance is between 10am–3.50pm. You will be able to select your entry time at the point of booking
• Minimum age: 21 years
• For a step-free route, please reserve the wheelchair lift
• Visitors are asked to only bring a handbag or small rucksack. Pushchairs and buggies are only permitted in the gallery space and cannot be brought into the Lift
• Guided Tours are available Monday - Friday 12pm - 4pm, and Sunday from 10am - 4pm, year round
• The audio guided tour will take place as part of a group
