What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two adults (aged 16 years and over)
• Available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day
• The zoo opens at 10am every day. Closing times vary – please check before visiting
• Closing times may be affected by special events on selected dates
• Child tickets are also available (3–15 years). Under 3s may visit for free, but must have a pre-booked ticket. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Bookings should be made 14 days prior to your visit
