What a shame
It did not start well. I arrived at 12.45 but did not start the experience until 1.50. I was informed after about 45 minutes of waiting that they had had software issues. The pilot was knowledgeable but I did not get the iconic flight over London but a trip around the corner to a nearby airstrip. Nowhere to check in just had to wait outside for over an hour.
