• This voucher is valid for two people
• Available on weekdays, year-round, excluding the Christmas period
• The reserve is open from 9:30am - 5pm, please check with the venue in case of any sudden closures
• Minimum age: 10 years. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
• Please note, the gorilla encounter itself takes place on the roof of the enclosure. This experience will not be suitable for guests in wheelchairs or with other mobility issues
