What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• The voucher may be used week round, year round
• You should allow one hour for your experience
• Minimum age: 10 years
• Maximum weight: 18 stone
• You must present your voucher on the day, as well as any other items stated on the e-ticket issued by iFLY
• This experience is not suitable for those who are pregnant or have ever had a dislocated shoulder
• You must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs
• Please check with your doctor before attending if you have had a history of neck/back or heart problems
