• Available to book week round, year round, excluding 24th and 25th December
• Kew Gardens opens at 10am – closing times vary according to season
• Bookings must be made at least six weeks in advance
• Tours last approximately one hour
• Kew Palace, Royal Kitchens, Queen Charlotte's Cottage and the Waterlily House usually close from late October to the end of March
• Minimum age: 17 years (children aged 0–3 years go for free and children aged 4–16 years pay £6 on arrival)
• Kew Gardens is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters
