What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Adult tickets are valid for age 16 and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult. Separate tickets are available for children aged 5-15
• Available week-round. Tours take place at different times throughout the week, please check with the supplier when booking. Tours are not available on the dates of international fixtures, T20 matches and other events. You are advised to book at least 4 weeks in advance
• Excluding, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, 26th - 28th December, 2nd - 9th January
• Each tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. You are advised to arrive 15-minutes before your scheduled start time
