The Spell spa treatment is a 60-minute reflexology-inspired foot and scalp massage that uses the ancient art of treating the whole body through the feet to sink you into a state of pure relaxation. As the experienced therapist gets to work, listen to the calming sounds of birdsong, natural soundscapes and folk songs and breathe in the scents of lavender, sandalwood and chamomile. Release your worries as you write them down and set them alight, and sip on a lemon, mint and lemongrass hot infusion for a refreshing finishing touch.

Spa-goers aged 16–17 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form, but they do not have to sit in the room for the treatment
• This treatment is not suitable for spa-goers in their first trimester of pregnancy. Those in their second or third trimester must sign a disclaimer form
