What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Your voucher is valid for one adult and one child
- Available to book week round, year round from 10am to 4pm, excluding Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday
- Last tour on Sundays and bank holidays will run at 3pm
- Please be aware that tours on a match day will follow a different route and may not include a number of areas, including the dressing rooms, dugouts, the tunnel or the press conference room
- As this is a working stadium, tour routes may vary and can be changed at short notice
- Tour dates are released approximately eight weeks in advance
- You are advised to book at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour for admin and ticket checking purposes
- The tour lasts around 90 minutes, including a 70-minute (60 minutes on match day) guided tour and 20 minutes in the interactive area
- Tours have limited availability on training and match days and are subject to fixtures and events
- The stadium is wheelchair accessible
- All tours are translated into different languages using the latest state-of-the-art media guides – languages include French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, Arabic and Portuguese
- Minimum age: 5 years
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult
- All dates are subject to availability
