What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for six months, for one person
• Available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Day
• The weekends can be very busy, so if a weekend date is preferred, we recommend booking at least four weeks in advance
• There is no minimum age, but under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
• Minimum height: 4’10”, maximum height: 6’4”
• Maximum weight: 17 stone
• Participants must be medically fit with no colds, flu or ear infections
• You are advised to wear casual and comfortable clothing
