Very interesting place to visit
Topped up a buyagift voucher to get a one year membership pass for the Eden Project. Found the process of booking a visit quite complicated and realised later that we needed to activate the voucher with the Eden Project membership team before going. So despite the fact you can book a slot, that does not mean your voucher is activated. So on arrival we couldn't enter without having done this. After a bit of toing and throwing and emails and phone calls to the membership department we did get in about an hour later! I'm not sure the information given is clear enough about this process. The team at the Eden Project were very helpful.
Once inside we had a lovely and very interesting day and a lovely lunch in the Mediterranean cafe.

21 digit voucher reference
Was disappointed that the voucher reference was 21 digits long and I was unable to cut and paste this or the 6 digit PIN code. There seems to be too many emails and hoops to go through and so it became a chore.
