An expert therapist will use a variety of firm, Japanese-inspired techniques on your face, scalp, chest and arms to transport you to an oasis of calm. With mint scents at your temples to stimulate your senses, plus a soothing soundscape of a Shakuhachi bamboo flute and celebrated Japanese violinist Midori Komachi, this revitalising treatment will leave you feeling as if you’ve just woken from a power nap.

• Minimum age: 12 years. Spa-goers aged 12–15 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form and be present in the room during the treatment. Spa-goers aged 16–17 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form, but they do not have to sit in the room for the treatment
• This treatment is not suitable for spa-goers in their first trimester of pregnancy. Those in their second or third trimester must sign a disclaimer form
• This treatment can be tailored for vegan spa-goers
