- Available Sunday–Thursday, year round, excluding bank holiday weekends and Valentines weekends

- Once booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or changed
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Check in from 3pm and check out by 11am
- Additional treatments or restaurant bookings must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment
- For the best availability please book at least eight weeks in advance
- Please bring your own gym and swim wear. Towels, flip flops and robes are included
