Everything was perfect and so relaxing! I had the facial and was so relaxed, will definitely be returning! The lunch was also lovely, tasy & fresh, overall 10/10!

The Buy A Gift team were absolutely brilliant. Easily contactable and supported with a tailor made booking where I required a pregnancy massage at a specific time to be able to do the school run. They also ensured I could book a double massage room so that we could have a joint massage. However, despite these things being pre-arranged, when we arrived, the pre-ordered lunch had not registered on the system so we had to wait awfully long for our lunch. The general service in the restaurant was really slow. Drinks came towards the end of our meal and we waited even longer for the bill (which was only going to include our drinks). This was a little embarrassing as I pre-ordered and pre-arranged everything for my cousin’s birthday. I was thoroughly disappointed to be told that my cousin couldn’t have her massage in the room with me as the height of the table wouldn’t suit the masseuse she had. I had booked this experience specially as a joined shared experience for quality time, but they were not able to fulfil this. Nevertheless, the massage itself was excellent and just what I needed. Lalita did an amazing job!
