  Available on weekdays throughout the winter and week round between May-November.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age is 7. Participants must be able to swim 25 metres. Participants are asked to complete a simple medical declaration on the day.

  Winter wetsuit and wetsuit boots will be provided on the day.
