What do I need to know?

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Minimum age: 15 years; participants aged 15–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Please wear practical clothing including flat, closed-toe shoes and minimal jewellery; long hair should be tied back
