About the experience
Treat yourself and a friend to an afternoon of crafting a selection of chocolatey delights in South London. From sculpting your own truffles to dipping, colouring and finishing them off in a number of different chocolate shells, this three and a half hour workshop, led by a knowledgeable chocolatier, is the perfect way to while away a decadent Saturday. After you've created your masterpieces, you'll be able to take them all home - if you can resist eating them on the way back that is!

A fun way to spend a morning
The truffle making session was tasty and enjoyable. Good variety of activities (tasting, making ganache, shaping chocolates, tempering chocolate..) and lots of interesting background to chocolate making. Worth the journey from north of London.

Really enjoyable afternoon and lots of chocs!
Really enjoyed the workshop and made lots of lovely chocolates! Wasn't sure if I would like the experience, but was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it thanks to Alex who was lovely and so knowledgeable, along with her helper. This was Xmas present from my daughter and I would definitely recommend it. I was surprised at how many chocolates we made and took away with us. Thank you so much for a fun afternoon.

delicious chocolates and a great host
Melanie who ran the workshop was friendly and helpful. The fillings were delicious and we each brought home four bags of chocolates. The venue was easy to find and easy to get to on the underground. The white chocolate ganache was beautiful!!

Great Birthday Gift!
A brilliant day had by all. Lady who owns the shop and runs the workshop was very friendly and shared all the info we needed as beginners. Come home with plenty of lovely chocolates to share with friends and family.

Excellent experience!
A 3hr experience in The Melange which is like a typical small French shop. Warmly greeted & seated around a large kitchen type table with the most gorgeous hot chocolate we had ever tasted. It is a fun experience with the chance to gets "hands on". Nothing felt rushed or too much trouble & it was an enjoyable experience for my husband and I. Great to bring home everything we had made to share our experience with our family. Would highly recommend to others!
