Really good service and warmth at the Dial House
We had an amazing room (The Orient) and started our two nights with a lovely Sunday lunch. The manager, Michaela, made sure we were well looked after. The continental breakfast was really good and well served.

Two night stay at the Dial House
This is the first time we’ve stayed in this type of hotel. There’s no one to meet and greet customers, no key, no human contact at all. Customers just walk into the entrance hall and go straight to their room and tap in a code given by email or text and the room door opens. The room was generally spotlessly clean, including the bedding and bathroom. One criticism is the flooring was dirty and caused black feet after our shower. Easily remedied with a mop and bucket.
