What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Voucher deliveries are available Tuesdays–Fridays, year round excluding Mondays, Sundays or Bank holidays
• Delivery is available across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland
• Delivery is not available to Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or any other UK island
• For a list of postcodes that cannot be delivered to, please contact Piglet’s Pantry before purchase
• Saturday deliveries are available for an additional cost of £3.50
• If you need your food for a specific timed event, we recommend ordering for the day before
• All items are subject to availability
• Any failure to make delivery on a particular date does not entitle the customer refusal of delivery or claims for expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses
• Certain products are available for next day delivery; orders must be placed before 12pm on qualifying days
• Orders must be placed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays to qualify for next day delivery
• Next day delivery is not guaranteed
• Only one letterbox product can be purchased per transaction to qualify for next day delivery
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to Piglets Pantry’s return and refund policy
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
