About the experience

- Please arrive at the VIP Desk inside the London Eye Ticket Office at least 30 minutes before your experience; late arrivals may result in missing the first 30 minutes

Having been to Alton towers many times before, we knew what we were signing up for. As we had a voucher to use, we purchased the discounted tickets here. Although there was a small problem to what date we could get the tickets, the team worked quickly to sort. There was an email that was sent with a barcode and worked very easy at Alton towers. Would highly recommend.
