What a fabulous gift
We loved this gift from our daughter for Christmas. Never been to Bath so thought we woud use this gift to visit Bath. A fabulous time from check in to check out was had at this Hotel. Would highly recommend and we will come back. We wished we could have stayed longer. Loved the food and drink during our stay. All the hotel staff were great. Couldn't fault anything. A big shout out to James the concierge who always went above and beyond to my constant queries about the Hotel and the city.

Hotel, staff, room very good
However we have an issue with Buyagift … as per instructions when redeeming voucher we paid £63 for breakfast only to be told breakfast is free at hotel… not getting any help with a refund….. !

Great option for lovers of Downton Abbey
This was my second trip to Highclere Castle in 8 months, but this time in the very capable hands of Fiona (Brit Tours) and a lovely driver (Alex) who kept us entertained for the duration of the trip. The village of Bampton is definitely worth the visit and Highclere Castle most certainly will not disappoint
