Lovely afternoon tea
I went to Artea today as it was my 60th birthday yesterday and I took my daughter who has her birthday on 16th.
We booked for 12pm and waited half an hour for the food, I presume as they don't open until 11am .
The gluten free option was really good, chicken goujon and fish goujons, sandwiches, 2 little cakes and a gluten free scone.
There are loads of teas to choose from too, I opted for the Artea signature tea, it was really nice and refreshing and having a pot to yourself is of course a real bonus.
The staff were all friendly too, so with a pretty tearoom on top, what's not to like?

Was given as a gift
My self and husband we’re disappointed with the afternoon tea we only had 3 fingers of sandwiches fillings we’re not the best would of liked something like tuna or nice bit of ham and salad had to many of the cakes the scones were dry and didn’t come with butter just jam & cream.
The staff were all very nice and the hotel was clean just disappointed with the sandwiches and cakes

Nice experience with in a good price range of tickets!
I really enjoyed my visit, it was one of the tallest building I. Western Europe “the shard” , I loved sightseeing from the top , I think with the discount offer it makes it more lucrative, overall it was a nice experience!

Terrible, avoid!
The mini golf was really worn out, everything was dirty (the toilet even had blood on the floor) and there was rubbish everywhere. We had to pay an extra £10+ on top of the voucher (which was NOT mentioned on the voucher) for the equipment and admin.
I will never buy from buyagift again, terrible deals, have to pay extra money and very little choice (this mini golf was the only option for family/kids and it was a terrible experience). It also took a long time for the staff to redeem the voucher and it was all a big faff. Avoid.
