• A reasonable level of physical fitness is required
• Please wear clothing you don’t mind getting muddy. Dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear with soles with good grips, buckles, laces or velcro. No sandals are allowed so you’ll need closed toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back. You should leave valuable possessions at home
