After a full safety briefing and getting kitted up, you’ll climb into the canopy to tackle a mix of high-rise obstacles, from heart-pumping zip wires and Tarzan swings to wobbling bridges, tunnels and crossings. - Please wear clothing you don’t mind getting muddy. Dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear with soles with good grips, buckles, laces or velcro. No sandals are allowed so you’ll need closed toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back. You should leave valuable possessions at home

Fantastic family fun!

Great fun day out
Go Ape at Trent Park was great fun! The experience took 2 and a half hours so excellent value for money. My parents were able to walk all round the course (safely on the ground). There was some really challenging obstacles although we chose the easiest route.
