Entertaining teens can be a challenge but this was a great mum and son activity for a Saturday night. Pitched just right for difficulty - got very tense at the end but we made it - JUST! Staff super friendly and helpful, free parking and well stocked cafe. Would certainly reccomended!

My first experience of an escape room and it was loads of fun. Mya was an excellent host. Can't fault the experience, it was challenging and fun. Loved it.

Went with my husband and 2 children. It was such a fun experience we escaped with 3 minutes to spare. The all round experience was amazing.

Used this 3 times now and it is so great.

My two younger teenagers who each received a buyagift teen experience voucher, each used their vouher to allow their older teenage siblings to join them in a VR Esape Room in Guildford. There was a problem with one of the Alice in Wonderland headsets and so we had to come back later and they did the Zombie Apoolypse game instead which was probably better for them anyway. The two girls who helped us both FOH and in the actual room were fabulous and the manager guy was also very magnanimous and gave free hot drinks because we had been wandering around in the cold.

I would definitely recommend this gift for someone who loves creativity, the escape vr was such an amazing take on an escape room and we found it easier than a normal escape room but perfect amount of challenging, we have never escaped from an escape room before and have done lots of them but we were 94% complete on this room so we felt a lot more confident and able to complete this!

Completed the Prison Break escape room with my girlfriend, we had a lot of fun figuring out the puzzles and managed to escape! Staff were very friendly and helpful and it's a great venue.

Initially the process of booking a slot at Exciting Game Birmingham (EGB) using the buyagift voucher was tedious. If you are buying tickets direct from EGB the process is simple. You find an available booking slot, reserve and purchase immediately. If you are using a buyagift voucher this is not possible. You need to find an available slot and email EGB with a request for that date and time and your voucher number. EGB have to manually make the booking their end and claim a 24 hour response time or less, we had to wait 30 hours. If you are booking weeks ahead this isn't an issue but we were booking 3 days ahead and places were running out fast, without being able to reserve our places in advance there was a strong possibility that our booking wouldn't have been possible if someone online booked the same slot as us. Luckily our requested booking was approved. The team at EGB were very friendly and informative. This was our first escape room experience so we're a little worried beforehand. The escape room we experienced was "Royal Heist Academy". The room was well made with tons of mysteries to solve, it was harder than we expected but we did manage to escape in the nick of time with a little help that was more than welcome and gave us a great sense of achievement. We would like to return to EGB to do a different room with jump scares. We were told we would receive a group photo via email which I wanted to upload here but it has not yet arrived. EGB escape rooms was an exciting and fun experience and well worthwhile. Being able to book direct on the EGB web page using the voucher number would make the whole process a dream.

Had a fab time at the Nottingham branch. Staff, in particular Beau, were super helpful and friendly. Such good fun.We will definitely book again!

We had amazing time with our Escape room virtual reality, we chose the House of Fear and it was amazing, me and my dad are fans of supernatural movies and the experience is amazing for people who love horror!
