Brilliant from start to finish. Everything very well organised with lots to see and do. The safari lasted 45 minutes and even though some animals weren’t seen it was still good. The afternoon tea was lovely with a good selection of food. Would definitely do it again.

Me and my daughter came for the gorilla encounter today 29/6 what amazing experience to feed the silver back and his family ontop of there enclosure. It was an honour. I can’t recommend this experience enough. We had the best day. Thank you port lympne zoo I salute you

What a wonderful day. Learnt so many things about big cats, but also the work of the sanctuary and its staff. The two wardens that I had were very friendly and knowledgeable. From the welcome I had, the front of house team, the lunchtime buffet, made all the more enjoyable. I will admit it was tiring for me, it made me appreciate how hard the wardens worked.

I bought the big cat encounter experience for my husband as a birthday present. We visited today & loved our visit. Their dedication to the welfare of their cats & conservation is inspiring. It was very interesting hearing the back stories of the cats & seeing the rescued lions from the Ukraine. Much like in the wild some of the cats were elusive. My husband chose to feed a cheetah & white lion, incredible being so close to them. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommend it.

Really easy to book and great price will use again

We had a lovely day. The meerkat experience is great and you get to spend alot of time with them. My girls absolutely loved it, they are age 10 & 8 years. The lady Charlotte who did our experience was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very professional staff Gillian was very knowledgeable and i also had the pleasure of meeting the owners 2ho all made us feel so welcome.
