Had a great afternoon out with Alpacas and lunch, can't recommend it enough.

The Meerkat Experience was very enjoyable . It was great to get in with the meerkats and learn about themThe Ark caters for rescued animals and does a lot of conservation work. A very worthwhile visit.

My partner and I went on a 90 minute alpaca walk. The first half an hour was introducing us to the alpacas and a health and safety briefing. The remaining hour consisted of being paired up with your alpaca and taking it on an hour's walk. Lots of fun was had, the alpacas were so entertaining with their individual personalities! Would definitely repeat the experience & recommend to others!

Beautiful birds obviously extremely well cared for. Very well run 2 hour experience with their owls. Plenty of opportunities to hold the owls. Lots of explanation & information. An excellent experience.

My 13-year-old and I had an amazing time on the meerkat experience. We went into three different enclosures where the meerkats climbed on us, sat on us and we got to feed them. We were really lucky as in the last enclosure there were three babies (6 wks) who also climbed on us and wanted lots of snuggles. Our guide was Charlotte who was fab and very knowledgeable. The actual zoo is great too with lots of different animals to see and some to handfeed as well. Definitely recommend this experience gift, and Hoo Zoo

BB Falconry very, very knowledgeable about all birds and made the visit very enjoyable with close contact with the birds and several demonstrations. Would highly recommend to any nature lovers.

My daughter had an amazing day. Thank you to all the staff who made it special for her. It was last minute and they made sure she got today due to voucher expiring. We are new to booking this just to say when booking this experience you only get 5 months to book it instead of 6 This is not their fault!. It covers 6 months over the winter period but its closed one month which is understandable She met Dexter and fed other foxes with Sam Def recommend this experience. Will visit again as a great place to go. Thank you again for a fantastic day out.

Loved visiting the sanctuary and seeing all the animals they help… laws need to tighten up to prevent such an abuse of breeding wild and exotic animals as pets!! Meeting the foxes was such a treat!

It was an amazing experience with the friendliest meerkats! You could stroke and feed them as they jumped all over you. And the staff were amazing, you could really tell how much they cared for these rescue animals! Amazing place

What a great 4 hrs, beautiful summer day surrounded with beautiful birds, Jon was a perfect host, full of knowledge and anecdotes, expertly handling the birds with his expert sidekick. Having the birds fly in to you was amazing, feeling the weight of these magnificent birds on your gloved hand was certainty an experience I will not forget.
