Fantastic experience from start to finish.

An amazing day out which was excellent value for money. Getting to go in the dressing room and walk out the tunnel were fantastic experiences. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining and all the other staff were really polite, making us feel very welcome. The gift shop at the end was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Good tour, my son enjoyed it. Hard to have much stadium history when a team isn’t based there so bearing this in mind quite good.

This was given as a gift. The redemption process was a bit confusing as the email confirmation gave a link for booking online but that would not accept the code. This needed a call to Buyagift to be told the Book Online was a mistake and should not be on there and I needed to call. Once I called, the issue was resolved swiftly and I was able to book.
The tour itself started well. The tech you are given is great and you do learn some fascinating information. The first minor problem was that we were half way through the self guided tour when we received a message that our guided tour would start in 5 mins. This would have been fine if you were able to return to the self guided tour at the end to complete it but this was not possible.
The next minor issue was when we went to start the guided tour we were told to "go through the doors and wait there for your guide" which we did but no one came to collect us or explain the process properly so we went exploring and found our tour had already started, we had only the missed the intro so no issues there.
The guide himself was excellent, very funny and friendly.
The tour itself was really interesting and it was great to see behind the scenes.
The final issue was with the photographer. While the pictures taken were ok but the composition was pretty poor to be honest (our small boy was mostly hidden by a barrier so all you could see was his head and arms with him holding the trophy. Should have been better to be on the same platform as the photographer as per group shots).
Despite the minor issues I would still recommend the tour.

Guide excellent and you get a full tour of the whole stadium, changing rooms, royal box etc
Could do with a few more trophies being viewed but otherwise well worth the money, saving via buyagift was nearly 45% off in the end, can’t argue with that.

The tour guide was amazing and very thorough indeed nothing was to much trouble. The stadium and all the memorabilia was amazing definitely visit again.
