Ultimate Extraordinary Experiences for Two

Feel so sad to have to leave this as not someone who would complain but too many issues to not raise them. End of the day even with a voucher it’s not cheap treat. There was a huge pool of standing water you had to walk through to get into the main spa, we heard people mentioning it and it took over 1hr 30 mins for it to be cleaned up. The changing area smelt badly of drainage problems, toilet seat broken, the hand dryer also didn’t work. Hosepipes trailing across the floor to refill the bubble pool, the main pool inside was ice cold, staff not concerned when people were telling them. Multiple people mentioned this to them and they kept saying they would get someone to check, we never saw anyone in the time we were there check it. We arrived at 9am and there were dirty glasses of left over alcoholic beverages from previous sessions dotted around in the spa area. The loungers were badly stained and very uncomfortable. The seats in the cafe area had lovely cushions which sadly were soaking wet due to people not changing into dry clothing before sitting at the tables. My friend and I had the same facial booked, we got vastly different experiences and sounds like treatments. The treatment room walls were badly marked with greasy from the oils. The whole place had a tired and grubby feeling. Our lunch order got missed so we waited for over an hour for a salad and a wrap (which we had heard were pre-made so only needed warming!) The staff in the bar area were extremely busy and were so apologetic for the wait.

Got to drive a tank, shot at other tanks and won. Even reverse parked it afterwards. What's not to like? :)
