• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
• Kew Palace is open April–October
• Kew Palace, Royal Kitchens, Queen Charlotte's Cottage and the Waterlily House are usually closed from late October to the end of March
• Please bring the voucher on the day and have it ready to display at the gate
• Kew Gardens opens at 10am and closing times vary according to season
• Minimum age: 17 years
• Children aged 0–3 years go free and children aged 4–6 years pay £6 on arrival
• Kew Gardens is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters
• Most of the attractions are outdoors, so please wrap up warm in winter
• Comfortable, flat footwear is also recommended
