Afternoon Tea in Lake District

We were brought this as a gift and were really pleased. The set menu had a lovely choice of food and gave us a chance to try something different. My husband had the grilled chicken and I had the steak both cooked to perfection and the taste was phenomenal. We then had puddings to finish and coffee. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning

The afternoon tea at Stanton Manor Hotel was one of the best I’ve had. There were dainty sandwiches (with crusts cut off), small bites of 3 different types of cake & both plain & fruit scones with jam & cream or maybe cream & jam if you prefer! The staff were friendly but didn’t hover around you. We were offered refills of tea on several occasions without having to ask. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon so we took the time to walk around the garden & then just enjoy the peace & quiet in the shade of an umbrella on the patio. A fabulous way to spend an afternoon & would definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel and setting, the afternoon tea was superb, with delicious sandwiches ,cakes and warm scones and bath buns. Refill pots of tea. Service was impeccable, we had a very enjoyable experience. We will be back.

This was a delightful gift. Fantastic food, gorgeous place, friendly atmosphere and dogs allowed which was a BIG bonus.

The afternoon tea at hillthwaite house was excellent. A great selection of sandwiches all freshly made. Lovely cakes and gorgeous fresh scones. Plus a glass of Prosecco & tea or coffee.

Craig wood country house hotel was a lovely venue. The staff were very attentive and kind and the food was delicious

We had a lovely view and a delicious afternoon tea. Mini fish and chips, ham hock, sandwiches and delicious cakes.

I was given this voucher for my birthday. We had a lovely day driving through Yorkshire and Cumbria's wonderful scenery to find the castle hidden away in peacefulness. We sank into soft armchairs next to a roaring fire in an impressive room and were served by friendly staff witha scrumptious afteroon tea including fresh from the oven scones and other delicious treats. It was so relaxing and enjoyable a treat to remember.

Huge variety of gifts to choose from. Easy to follow instructions. SOmetimes some offers can catch you out in terms of booking initial voucher then having to pay substantially more for a specific date/tour etc so I would recemmned you to read all details and find out inforamtion via emails/phone calls before purchasing anything. Other than that, the process and events are outstanding.
