Lovely gift for my nephew
The food was really nice, the level of customer services was good. I was impressed as there was a delay for the dessert due to an issue in the kitchen, but staff were very good, they gave us a free drink to apologies for the delay.

Fun activity
Very friendly staff with actually good singers and dancers. Food was ok. Chicken tenders tasty but waffles too sweet. The staff kept us topped up. I think the cocktails were too sweet
.I prefer classic cocktails rather than party house creations. Anyway we had a good time although probably a more fun vibe in evening but even early afternoon it was still fun. Plus they teach you to dance

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Patisserie Valerie. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. The selection was great too! a nice mix of sweet and savoury treats and everything tasted fresh. Really enjoyed it! Lovely gift

Absolutely gorgeous
Best present I have ever had, gorgeous snap tasting of Asian food. A bit of every dish, 5 different meats, beef, chicken, pork, salmon and tuna, just enough dessert aswell.
We added some dishes from the main menu aswell, as there was 3 of us.
Gorgeous venue and service. The cocktails are beautiful. Only downside is you can't have afternoon tea on the roof terrace, but don't let this out you off.

Outstanding customer service
When we arrived here for afternoon tea, we found out I hadn't redeemed my voucher correctly, the lovely lady attending to us was so helpful in fixing our issue, we couldn't fault her, the afternoon tea was very well presented, and looked so inviting when it arrived on our table, have recommended to friends and would definitely visit here again if we came back to london
