Revolutions ceased trading the day before
Booked at the beginning of January for the end of January when I was visiting a friend. Emails confirming booking went through all good, email day before “we’re looking forward to seeing you” 1 hour before the booking time of the afternoon tea I had an email saying it was cancelled, I did get my gift voucher returned quickly but around 10-12 pound compensation (after I requested otherwise nothing) and it didn’t even cover the train fare for myself and friend to get to Leicester. If I could give no stars I would.

Great gift!
Excellent afternoon tea with a twist, great food and including a drink was a lovely added touch! Staff at Revolution Newcastle were great and couldn't do enough to help.

Revolution
There was some confusion at first as on their system it showed the afternoon tea for 2 had expired in November, thankfully quickly due to my evidence. We were served quite quickly, we were the only customers in, probably due to the time of year.
The food was different to the usual sandwiches but we both really enjoyed it all, one if the sauces was really spicy, it was habanero, bit too hot for us. We had a mocktail as I was driving but that was lovely too.
All in all, a good package.
