We loved the food and service was on a par with London. Booking i did online direct with the resturant and the voucher can be used week round which isn't always the case with alot of places. We will go again and plan to use the other restaurants in the chain.

My friend and I visited for a 7 course taster lunch menu and we were delighted. Being a hot day we were offered a table in their outside courtyard which is very pleasant. The dishes came out with perfect timing so we had a short break between each, and all were delicious - tasty, with good combinations of spices for the meat, fish or vegetables in the dish. Service was efficient and friendly, and there was a good selection of cocktails, beers, wines and non alcoholic drinks. A thoroughly enjoyable lunch, well worth the hour drive for us to get there, and somewhere I will be glad to return to one day.

We received the vegetarian tasting menu with bubbles as a gift and enjoyed a very pleasant evening at Cinammon Kitchen. The restaurant had a couple of very large parties so our food arrived somewhat slowly. However, our waitress was charming and explained what had happened offering us a free mocktail and coffee after the meal to make up for this. Other restaurants at a peak time might have ended up with disgruntled customers, but as everything had been smoothed over we were happy to go with the flow. At first I thought I would be going to get bagels after the meal in Brick Lane, but by the time the second main course had arrived I was abolutely stuffed and couldn't quite finish it as I wanted to leave space for the delicious dessert.

Such a nice gift to receive, a lunch overlooking the river Thames. It's a beautiful setting and the food was just as nice.

Wow wow wow amazing food!!such a taste sensation for one's discerning palate!! Every course served was such a delight!! An experience to do again definitely!! The team gave exemplary service, they were very kind, friendly, helpful and were accommodating to our dietary requirements. As each course was served, the lovely team explained the description of the food prior to us savouring it. Strongly recommended!! Would definitely do this again!!

Our daughter and family gave us the meal as a Christmas present. We tried phoning the Crowne Plaza, but this was difficult. We were passed to three different people, and the final person said they would ring us back to book the meal, but never did. So a couple of days later we went in person to the restaurant and were able to book the following Saturday. The meal was delicious. The service from the waiters too was excellent. All in all a very enjoyable evening.
