Well what can I say!! Had this brought for me as a Christmas present. It certainly lived up to expectations and more. Excellent value for money and treated like Kings and Queens. The food was excellent and service second to none. Would highly recommend.

The Reubens afternoon tea is always a treat
The staff are friendly but professional
The room is smart and comfortable with a great view of the arrivals at the Royal Mews
The food is delicious and plentiful with a superb gluten free alternative
It's a lovely indulgence especially with a glass of Lanson

My friends and I had the best time at Rubens. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. Shout out to poor Mo who we mobbed as we left and insisted he had photo's with us. The hotel itself is beautiful and you feel very special once you have visited. Food was delicious too. Oh and i had a special treat as it was my birthday so I felt very spoilt. Thank you Rubens team.

Great gift - fabulous afternoon tea experience. And buyagift allowed us to change the expiry date of our voucher twice because of the pandemic which was very good of them.

A very special treat. The staff were lovely and the tea itself was imaginative.

Everything about our afternoon tea at Rubén’s was perfect. The sandwiches were fresh and plentiful, the pastries were delicious and the staff very attentive and helpful.

We loved our Festive Afternoon Tea at The Rubens at The Palace!
The service was excellent, the quality of the food and the flavours were amazing. Everything was delicious and the attention to detail was top notch.
Covid protocols were in place so we felt safe to relax and enjoy our treat. Worth every penny.
We are already planning a return visit.
