Disappointing

I had been here before and enjoyed it. This time it was only the service I enjoyed. The food was mediocre, the table ordering very difficult and the drinks overpriced. Also there was not much atmosphere. I doubt we’ll return.

Decent food, bad service

The food was hit and miss; we enjoyed the chilli prawns, Singapore noodles and chicken karaage. The rest was a little disappointing, and the sushi didn’t seem fresh. Service was not great, had to ask 3 separate times for tap water. Would not purchase again.

With BuyaGift I'm super happy! Was able to redeem the gift last minute andf or the price, quality & quantity of food was great! Good selection and all the food was well presented.
However from the venue side of things, not 1 server smiled at us, nor was very attentive. Appreciate it's all virtual / self-service in the establishment itself (order from tablets on the table), but if you're going to charge service, at least make an effort.

Although the website has some questionable usability at times - redeeming the coupon was more of a struggle than it should have been - the value if you're a big eater is irresistible here. We got £80 worth of food for £40, which is a top tier deal. Inamo is fun, the food comes fast, and I ate myself into a stupor.

Staff members were lovely and showed us how to order from the set menu and were actually really attentive. The set menu on the other hand was REALLY disappointing. There were actually a lot less choices than the sample menu shown on here and I mean a LOT less. Unfortunately I have a lot more critiques than praise for this restaurant.
The sushi did not taste fresh at all.. The tuna sashimi appeared purple in colour, mushy and still had ice on them, which i’m assuming would mean at some point it was frozen rather than freshly delivered.
We absolutely loved the first set of Salmon Tataki therefore ordered another plate, however the second plate of Salmon Tataki had a yoghurty-taste, which i’m told means the fish has gone bad.
Also, the chicken satay skewers were REALLY dry. It’s great to think how fast the food comes out once ordered but do not expect it to be fresh as you’ll be VERY disappointed. If you do decide to go, definitely choose the hot foods as there is probably less risk of food poisoning. Great for the ambience but definitely not for the food.
