What do I need to know?

Informative and easy to follow, the chef teaching us was very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable and educational. I would book another class in a heart beat

Such a great experience. Our first ever cooking class and it didn't disappoint. In a great location, complimentary drinks on arrival and our demonstrator Chef Jack was incredible.

We had a great evening at Jamie’s cookery school. Our chef was full of energy and encouragement, and gave us pointers on how to improve certain cooking skills. The school gave you decent size food portions, which meant you were very well fed after the class!
My only one suggestion would be to space out the students a little more. We were lucky enough to have a small class, but we were tightly packed in one area of the classroom, which meant we were slightly on top of each other at times.
All in all though it was a great class with a simple but very tasty menu. I look forward to attending another class.
