3 Month Premium Subscription to the Little Gin Box

Submitted code to seller but never received a response, despite multiple emails.

I was gifted a Buyagift voucher. I visited the site to see what was on offer. I found a subscription for The Little Gin Box. This required a small upgrade by me. I paid the extra and received a new voucher and PIN. I returned to the site and found myself in a loop of downloads of new codes and PINs. The instruction with these was to visit the site use the code and PIN to select 'a location and book'. The Little Gin Box is a subscription for delivery of gin 'samples'. It does not have a location for an experience. After a frustrating time on the buyagift website I was at all times unsure if my order was now complete. To break the loop I found and contacted by email The Little Gin Box; who were fantastic. They took my details and have confirmed that all is now in place and that I should receive my first box soon. Buyagift should look at the whole Voucher Redemption process. They should at least acknowledge that some 'gifts' do not have a location to select. They should also be clear if the supply company need contacting to complete the order process. I will hesitate before buying a gift for other from Buyagift as I would not like to inflict on them the terrible experience that I had. Buyagift please do better.
