30 Minute Lorry and HGV Driving Experience for One with 6th Gear Experience

Behind the wheel of a Scania P410 Car Transporter, Scania R490 or DAF XF, this 30-minute lorry and HGV drive delivers a rare chance to handle a full-size truck with 6th Gear Experience. A briefing and introduction to the lorry controls set the pace before the drive begins, with a driver experience card or certificate included as a keepsake. It is a practical, hands-on session focused on size, steering and road presence rather than speed.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round
• Minimum age: 12 years
• Minimum height: 4'10"
• Please allow up to two hours for the HGV experience and between 2–4 hours for the supercar experience
• Venue opening times are 8.30am–5pm
• Please dress appropriately for the outdoor weather
• Most venues have good accessibility for spectators; access to the lorry is via three ladder steps and may be difficult for those with additional accessibility needs
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant people. Participants with a condition that causes seizures must have been seizure-free for at least six months
• An indemnity waiver form must be completed on the day before the activity starts
• Selected supercars may be available as an alternative or upgrade option on the day, subject to availability, including Aston Martin, Audi and Ferrari models. Upgrade fees apply for selected vehicles
• If a supercar add-on is purchased, the car driver briefing will take place after the HGV experience
