What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for four people
• Available week round, April–October
• You should allow 60 minutes for this experience with 30 minutes of flying
• Minimum age: 6 years. All participants under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Maximum weight: 15 stone/95kg
• Spectators are welcome and may take photographs
• Up to three voucher holders can fly in the rear of the helicopter
• The Co-Pilot experience is a £45 upgrade which we recommend booking in advance
• There is free parking, a café and viewing area at each location
• This experience is weather dependent
• The supplier reserves the right to remove or refuse any passengers on the flight if their behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate
• Pregnant passengers are welcome; please consult your doctor if you have any concerns before taking your flight
• For disability access, please contact the provider in advance so an informed decision can be made
• All passengers are required to exit the aircraft themselves in the event of an emergency
